Being a pediatrician as my primary profession has the advantage of always keeping the potential biological and neurobiological causes of disorders in mind, and allows me to draw from rich clinical experience in the field of pediatrics. This enables me to consider the biological-medical causes of a disease or disorder, even in situations where others may assume a purely psychogenic origin.
Developmental neurology, specialized treatment, autism spectrum disorders, and the diagnosis of movement and coordination disorders in infancy (e.g., infantile cerebral palsy) are other specialties of my practice.
Further Specialities:

- Children with as yet unexplained developmental or behavioral abnormalities
- Children with genetic differences (e.g., Down syndrome)
- Children with feeding disorders
- Children with chronic illnesses that impact development (e.g., congenital metabolic disorders)
